🌿 Jewelry Care
To keep your piece looking its best:
• Avoid water, including showering, swimming, and prolonged moisture exposure
• Remove before applying lotions, oils, or perfumes
• Gently roll elastic bracelets on and off — avoid overstretching
• Remove before sleeping or heavy activity
• Store in a dry, safe place when not in use
Please note:
Many components (including metals and charms) are plated or naturally delicate. Over time, wear from skin contact, friction, and moisture is expected and part of the piece’s natural life ✨
✨ Craftsmanship Guarantee (First 30 Days)
If your piece experiences a structural issue within 30 days of purchase, I will repair or remake it at no cost.
This includes:
• Elastic breakage due to construction
• Hardware or clasp issues
• Structural concerns related to how the piece was made
If an exact repair is not possible due to material availability, I will recreate the piece as closely as possible while maintaining its original look and feel.

I’m always happy to help repair your jewelry — even well beyond the original purchase — especially when pieces hold meaning or are worn often 💫
For repairs beyond 30 days:
• A small repair fee and/or shipping cost may apply
• I will always communicate options before proceeding
📦 Sending Items for Repair
To ensure the best results and long-term durability:
• Customers are responsible for shipping items to me
• Please send all pieces needing repair or adjustment together whenever possible
This allows me to:
• Reinforce multiple pieces at once
• Check for consistency and wear
• Prevent repeated repairs and additional shipping
Important:
Please include as many original beads and charms as possible.
Some materials are one-of-a-kind and may not be replaceable. If needed, I will redesign your piece as closely as possible using available materials.
🚚 Return Shipping
• Return shipping is covered once within the 30-day craftsmanship guarantee period
• For repairs beyond that, return shipping may be included in your repair total

• Repairs and remakes are the primary solution
• Refunds are offered only in rare cases where a piece cannot be repaired or reasonably recreated
